Healthcare Workforce Leadership Symposium

Join us Oct. 19-20 for the Healthcare Workforce Leadership Symposium at NYU Langone Health! Gold President and CEO Dr. Kathleen Reeves will be leading a conversation with Gold Trustee Francisco J. Leija and Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine Vice Dean Miriam Hoffman on “Leading Through the Unknown.” This Gold session will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20.

Dr. Hoffman was part of the founding team of Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine when the pandemic hit — she’ll share how they pivoted amid unprecedented challenges for their future physicians.

COL (ret.) Leija has extensive experience in the battlefield as well as setting up trustworthy healthcare during military operations for both U.S. soldiers and Afghan citizens — he’ll share lessons from the military on leading through uncertainty.
